Athlon II x2 270 @4.1Ghz and GTX 650 TI boost bottleneck

I'm just wondering how badly my CPU would bottleneck my GPU when clocked at 4.1Ghz. I have 8Gb of DDR3 ram and a 550W PSU on a AM3+ motherboard. I don't plan on upgrading my CPU, I'm just wondering how much performance I will lose. Thanks!
