Will this memory work with this computer ('Desktop' version)?

I see that it says that there are 4 DIMM slots, but it also says under 'Type' that it is DDR2 SDRAM so I'm not sure what I can put into it.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Solution
Yes that memory should work.

DDR2 is the previous generation of memory. 4 DIMM slots mean you have 4 physical slots in which to plug memory into. Also mentions 8GB max, 2GB per slot, so that memory will maximize the capacity if you already have 4GB of memory. If not, you should be fine with populated all four slots with this new ram and your existing ram.

I already have 2GB of RAM so that won't max out my allocated space. So I could buy another 2GB at a later time to max my RAM, right?

Alright. Just to make sure this is also compatible, right? It's cheaper so I'd rather buy that one rather than the one on newegg.

Yes, that will work as well.

Though you are looking at what appear to be working pulls from some large companie's old desktops. Should be fine, but they may not have tested all of that memory after they took it out of the systems.

If they don't work there's a 30 money back so I can just return them. Thank you so much!
