Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 vs Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 Motherboard

Solution
I found a lot of conflicting information about Gigabyte UD series of boards which I considered buying. For example, UD3 has I think 3 revisions and thinking that the 3rd one would be ideal, I read many comments that Rev2 is the one to stay away from. So I chose the Asus M5a97EVOr2.0, which so far has been an utter pleasure to use and tinker with. I would even say that it is idiot proof with respect to extreme things you may try in overclocking. The system either runs well, runs fast while w/o stability or won't boot at all (with a message "Overclocking did not work"). With some common sense you can see what works and what does not in so far as OC is concerned.
