PC is in "boot loop"

Hello,

Yesterday a problem appared. My PC have been automaticly shuted down (dont know why) and if I try to power ON it i see: ASUS, press del to enter setup. But that screen is there less than one second and than is there black screen for a while and than ASUS, press del to enter setup.....and that happens agin and agin.

PS: Sorry for my bad english.

OK. Ive done, what you have written and now, no signal from GPU(http://www.alza.cz/sapphire-hd-7850-oc-d342731.htm) to monitor. But now, PC cant be shuted down by clicking the power button, that means (I thing) PC isnt in bootloop now...Any ideas?

EDIT:I thing, motherboard isnt doing anything. I thing that because of I tried to connect monitor into integred GPU( my CPU is intel core i7 3770) and nothing happend.
