If my GPU requires "Minimum Recommended Power Supply 500W or greater with 2x 6-pin VGA power connectors," would a Rosewill HIVE 750W meet those requirements? I'm getting confused on the "VGA" part. Thanks.

So you have 4 connectors w/ 6 pins (+ the 2 extra pins if you get a more powerful card at some point)
