I have a Intel I3 2120 3.30 Ghz cpu, 2 hdd of 500 gb and 1 tb capacity, and a 4gb ram. I currently have a radeon 5450 and want to upgrade it to a radeon 7850 and want to buy a psu within 34$. Which one is recommended?
Your 7850 will need about 450w with one 6 pin pcie power connector.
You can not buy a quality psu that costs $34.
And.... a cheap psu can become very expensive if it under performs or fails.
A Corsair CX430 should do the job, but costs $40.
It often goes on sale, so if $6 makes a difference to you then wait.

I'm gonna teach something important for you today: NEVER EVER buy cheap PSUs.
There is no quality PSU out there with your budget limit but if you want a budget reliable PSU, I recommend Corsair VS550.
