I have an old PC with Intel 945GPB Motherboard and want to connect 3 samsung (Model:S19A100N) LEDs with this system. Can you please tell me what are my options here. Because I dont think this motherboard can handle high end graphic cards. This system wont be used for gaming or movies so fps is not an issue for me.

Solution
If you have a pcie x16 expansion slot, then you can add an inexpensive discrete graphics card.
Every one I know of can handle two monitors of up to 1920 x 1200 resolution.
It need not be a strong gaming unit. Without the need for auxiliary 6 pin power, your psu should handle the addition ok.

I think you should be able to use the integrated motherboard graphics for the third.
With the older system that needed more then two monitors we used to use the agp or pci video slot to run two monitors then use a standard pci video card to run the other monitors. Newer video card from amd with the right cables can do four or more monitors on one card. I look into a 7770 card and check the wattage and the video slot on your mb. If your pc has a good 500 watt ps then your fine for the 7770 card. If it a small 350 w unit then pick up a cosair unit on sale.

Solution
If the graphics slot is agp, then the discrete card will be more expensive.
But, even agp cards should handle two monitors.
There are even pci based discrete graphics cards available too.
Current versions of windows have no problem with multiple graphics adapters and drivers.
