Well, I currently have an old laptop from 2004. Its not good, and I can't play any games on it. And I hate consoles.

I need a lowbudget, high-mid tier PC. I know they can be cheap, because my friend built a high-mid tier PC for 500$

I want to be able to play games like Skyrim, Fallout, GTA IV-V, Boderlands, Sims 3, Simcity.

I am not old enough to have a job, so I earn about 20$ a week in Fall, Summer, and Spring, and 10$ a week in the winter.

I am not going to pay anymore than 700$ on a PC.

I also need a Monitor, and Mechanical Keyboard.

If anyone could link/give me some good builds that would be amazing.

Thank you.

For that price this Build + Monitor + Mechanical Keyboard can play any games you mentioned and it can play it at good settings. Sometimes Ultra. So for that price. This is a very good build. So go for this build. It is a beast considering that the build alone costs 500 dollars. With monitor and Keyboard it goes up about 670 dollars. If you want to enjoy games you do not want to go lower than this. This is a good build. I am sure that you will love it.
