I think you're getting the wrong processor. The A series CPUs are intended for systems that don't have discrete GPUs. Pair that 760 with an FX 8 core (8320) if possible. You could build that system on your own for about $500, btw, but if a warranty helps you sleep at night, then by all means sleep well.

Don't buy from IBuypower or any of those other websites, I read on many forums that they broke after a year or so, and had many little problems. But about your build. Why a 6600k? Can you give us a budget max, and your uses? Those are the most important details, and it willl be easier to help you.

Hmmm have you looked at Newegg.com? I've built 3 PCs by ordering parts only from that store. If you require any assistance in picking out the parts, I'd be happy to help.

league? You don't need anything special to run that, I have a shitty laptop with a 6770m, and i run it @60FPS.
So before i conjure up your build, what brands do you want/like? Do you like Intel or AMD for CPU, and nVidia or AMD for GPU?
Would you like a mITX case or a mid?

EDIT:
here: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1fX94

You can buy windows 7. For monitors, i think you will be good with a 24" 1080p one. Any will do, just read the reviews of them; many of them have/had problems with screen bleeding etc but I think you will pick a good one.

You will run skyrim perfectly fine. Skyrim is more CPU based than GPU based actually, and i have a 6770m, which can run skyrim on high smooth. with a 650, you will run it on high settings super butter smooth, but if on ultra, you will get some lag. so just stick to High settings.
Newegg is a whole sale retailer just like amazon. I don't understand what you mean by newegg buys from ibuypower etc...

Alright so you want the price to be MAX $950. I assume you want Windows 7 because majority(i think so too) likes it more than Windows 8. Windows 7 from walmart, costs $90. Which component do you think is a litle too much for you, so we can lower the cost?

EDIT:
I think we should change CPU coolers from a noctua to a 212,Hyper 212 is considered to be one of the best coolers and its cheapness. I have configured a build for you for $951 bucks which includes Windows 7

Have fun with building this and most importantly, take your time. If you have questions, PM a homebrew specialist or post it simply on tom's hardware and OCN.
Deuces and glad i could help,
PS can you mark my answer as best solution people looking dont have to worry?

You can do what every you want, what is the name of that case? If you lower your price on the case, you can spend that on upgrading your 650 to a better one. Do what you feel right.
