Hi

My notebook was shut off mid shut-down, when I tried to turn it back on i kept getting blue error screen. Tried the usual, load in safe mode, last known configuration but alas the blue error screen returned.

I have got a usb stick with fresh Windows 7 starter. It begins instalation, I cleck English. Next screen - Wheredo you want to install Windows - No drives were found. Click Load Driver to provide a mass storage driver for instalation.

Can anyone help???

Well first go into the BIOS and make sure the drive is found there. Most laptop and desktop system should not need to load drivers for the primary hard drive I would say there is something else wrong. If the drive is found in the BIOS then make sure it is selected as the boot drive. Also what make/model laptop do you have it is hard to find out any info without knowing that.

Yes it's recognised in BIOS.

It's a MSI U180.

It's a Page_fault_in_nonpaged_area
