will this asus unplugged version of gtx 650 be compatible with a generic 450watts psu .?

Dc output rating:-
5V=20A

5VSB=3A
Atx 2.03=plentium 4
ATX 12V=450 WATTS.

will i be able to run this graphic card on this generic psu ?

It should but that said I personally would never trust my system to a generic PSU. The problem is if the generic PSU blows it could take the whole system with it. And give that it only has a total of 35A on the +12 rail it is not alot depending on what else you have in your system. Your best bet would be to replace the PSU at the same time you upgrade your GPU just to be safe.
