Desktop won't turn on

This had happened with one of my computers. When the power goes out like that most likely one of the hardwares are short circuited. You should try switching out each component one by one to see which one it is. Easiest way to do it is to buy the oart from a local store (drys, micro center, new egg) if not then return it. I am going out on a limb here and going to say it is your mother board that is fried. If not then either your RAM, CPU, or GPU. Since you already had tried switching out the power supply you can exclude that out. It's a matter of process of elimination I believe. Can't really target a problem in this situation
