Hello I have just finished putting together my newest build. Whenever I boot into windows my computer restarts. I can hear a sought clicking noise but it's definitely not the hard drive. I have tried multiple hard drives and I get the same results. I am beginning to think the clicking is electric, maybe a PSU issue.

Part List :
1 x CORSAIR XMS 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

1 x AMD FX-6300 Vishera 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W

1 x ENERMAX NAXN ENP450AST 450W ATX12V Power Supply

1 x Western Digital WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5"

1 x ASRock 880GM-LE FX AM3+ AMD 880G

1 x HIS H785F2G2M Radeon HD 7850 2GB 256-bit GDDR5

Here are my BIOS settings:

It might be a defective psu. Maybe you can borrow a psu from a friend and test it. Also you can try to bring the usage to minimum by disconnecting your optical drive, fans and other components that are not necessary and see if you can boot to windows.

Thanks for the reply. I do not have any optical drives installed. It is strange. The computer can sit at the login screen for hours but upon logging in it will reboot with minutes.
