I uninstalled my current 13.4 Catalyst drivers and went to install the 13.6 Beta2 drivers, but when trying to install the 13.6 Beta I kept getting an "NSIS" error. But it is allowing me to re-install the 13.4 drivers. I have a Sapphire Radeon 7950 3GB GDDR5 if that matters at all. Thanks.

Sounds like a corrupt download to me try re-downloading it and see if that helps.

Use this tool to uninstall every AMD Catalyst software/driver
http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-1713187/fix-amd-cata...

Install the drivers/software again.
