Hey guys, I'm trying to run a program on Win98, but when I try to open it, it comes up with an error message that says "A required .DLL file, PSAPI.DLL, was not found."
Is there any safe place to download this file?

Did you try searching the Win98 disc or .cab file?

Worst case.... I believe you are able to re-install windows 98(don't format) right on top of itself to restore missing .dll files that can't locate. I wouldn't attempt to try to download a .dll from anywhere.

I tried searching all of the archives on the Windows 98 CD-ROM, but couldn't locate it, I guess I might try re-installing it.

As long as you don't format the disk, the re-install should only over-write system files.... all your data will still be there. I've done this a few times with Win98, Win98 SE and Win ME.
