ASUS Z77 Sabertooth PCIE slot 2 Issues

Has anyone else experienced issues trying to use SLI with this motherboard? My PCIE_2 slot will not be detected, and I know both of my GPUs are working properly.

If you can't fix the problem after update the BIOS, you call the ASUS and see what they say. But mostly the pcie slot is broken I saw some of MB did have problem with that. And RMA it.

The motherboard is new, I just bought it today around 1pm EST. Plugged in my 2 EVGA 560 ti GPUs and when looking at the bios it said that the 2nd PCIE slot could not be detected.

Also I tried to run the auto update bios program, but that seems to hang and not download anything. Is there someplace where I can go to download the current bios and flash it?
