Windows 7 won't load from disc?

Hello, I just made a new build and windows 7 home prem. won't load from the disc. The HDD is brand new WD 250gb. I have a DVD ROM Samsung drive and at first it was loading files then there was an error and it would not proceed, now when I put the disc in it just sits there doing nothing. No loading... No installing...

Is this a retail disc or an ISO.

Could be a bad drive or damaged media.

Will another computer read the disc.

Try uninstalling the drive , then reinstall it.

Yes I can get into the BIOS. Where do I go in the BIOS? aMD phenom 2 x4 black edition, 4gb ddr3 ram, ecs mobo, 250gb HDD, corsair 550w psu

Is it set 1st in the bios , try to boot disc on reboot.Is there a boot option on the ECS home screen.

Well I got a new drive. And now it's saying BOOTMGR is missing press ctrl alt del.

I assume the many attempts to install windows with the old drive corrupted the HD. So I need to wipe my Hard drive. I got Dban onto a disk and it still won't load my disc! Help

Solved! I unplugged my HD, and THEN boot windows 7 disc and when the install now screen pops up, re plug your HD and restart your comp.
