Oh, duh, just saw that you ordered the parts. Just make sure you properly vent your case. That means you need as much or more intake fans as exhaust fans. I see that your case doesn't allow this, only a single input fan, 200mm in the front while you have a 120mm exhaust fan in the back and a 200mm fan on top. Not good. This will result in a low pressure zone inside your case that will attract dust and not cool as well since the air is less dense. I'd say your fears are grounded.
