New Pc - Are my parts compatible?

Hey! Im planning of buying a new gaming pc and my budget is 1200 euros. This is what i've come up with:

+ Fractal Design R4
+ Windows 7/8

Are there any problems with compatibility, or some other reason that i should change it?

  1. Parts are all compatible. Looks good. Do you need onboard wifi? If not, there's no reason to get the Z87 pro motherboard. The Z87 plus is cheaper as almost exactly the same board, but without the wifi.
  2. All your parts are compatible. :)

However, I have never heard of that PSU. Could you post a link of it so I may get a better idea of it.

Super Flower makes a really good PSU. They actually manufacture quite a few other brand's PSUs. The only thing I'd be concerned with is that 'Green' description... sometimes that means they use less power at the expense of performance for the components...

Not really any need for wifi.

I would. Other than the heat sinks on the North bridge, the two motherboards are identical, except the Plus doesn't have the wifi.
  6. Okay thanks for the tip :)
So should i then put that 30 euros to cooler and get something better than macho, as haswells tend to run quite hot and i have plans to OC mine?
  7. How much are you planning on OCing? And what would then be the total budget for a cooling solution?
  8. Cooling would be around 60 euros. Will overclock as high as the cooling and processor will allow
  9. If you can swing just a few more euros, look for the Noctua NH-D14. It's about ~73 euros from what I've seen, although I don't have a link. It's the best air cooler you can buy right now, and you should be able to get pretty decent speeds from that CPU, provided you didn't get a dog of a chip :)
  10. Thanks for the suggestion! I'll look into it and see what i will do. :)
  11. So i decided to go with Thermalright Silver Arrow SBE SE Special as it's 15 euros cheaper and pretty much same with NH-D14.

Althought im not sure which one of the following GTX 760 should i get? Is inno3d the best bang for the buck?

I would get either this one:

    http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/2048MB-Gigabyte-GeForce-GTX-760-WindForce-3X-OC-Rev--2-Aktiv-PCIe-3-0-x16--Retail-_884245.html

    or:

    http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/2048MB-EVGA-GeForce-GTX-760-Superclocked-ACX-Cooler-Aktiv-PCIe-3-0-x16--Retail-_884249.html

The Gigabyte has a higher clock speed and better cooling, but the eVGA has better overall warranty and company support. I wouldn't really bother with any of the others. These two are the best options. A few more euros than the cheap Inno3d, but far superior construction and performance. Absolutely worth it.
