Windows 8 Freezes after Login

Yo guys. Windows 8 has been freezing recently after I login, and when I go to desktop mode I see no icons only taskbar and in the "tile" mode I can't press on anything. Now here is the catch it appears to be only on my main user. Right now I am on my guest profile and its working fine so that should narrow the problem down if you guys can help me out that would be great. PLEASE rember that I am on a guest account and I have restrictions.

May be a RAM issue. Try my advice from this link:

actually it didn't fix it I thought it did because I restarted my computer and it started up fine but I guess not
