I have a very limited budget, i'm building a new rig. i have decided to get an FX6300 instead an i3, i have found this boards to be in my budget, these are the only boards that are available here in my country. so, what is the best mobo for FX6300 between these mobos and how far can i overclock it with an Hyper 212 Evo?

Asrock 970 Extreme4
Gigabyte GA 970A DS3
MSI 970ASA-g43

Without a board based on the 990 chipset (the boards you have listed here are all 970 based), your overclocking options are going to be very limited no matter which one you choose.

The mobo listed above are of 970 chipsets which will limit your oc potential.
I recommend the MSI 990XA GD55
Yes its unfortunately kinda expensive but you need a decent mobo for a good oc.

well, i guess i'm going to an i5 3350p and b75 mobo instead of going to a 990 and fx6300.. thanks

If you're tight on budget I suggest you an i5 3330 with an asrock b75 pro3-m mobo.
They are realitively cheap and thus you can aim for a better gpu
