Confused if my cpu is too hot or not

I have Core Temp and SpeedFan both running and from what i can see, SpeedFan is telling me that my cpu is WAY too hot and Core Temp is telling me I have very decent temperatures on all my cores. Im not sure which one is accurate and Im afraid of damaging my $200 cpu. Which program is more reliable and do I need to worry?

I ran Real temp and the temps look very good. does this mean i shouldn't worry about the temps SpeedFan was giving me

Just ignore speedfan then. Your temps seem great. Must be something screwy with your modo/speedfan combo...not sure.
