Power issue - computer rebooting

My PC is rebooting a few seconds after turning it on.

It's not showing any errors messages or beeping. Sometimes it's made it to the point of loading windows before rebooting again.

I've tried unplugging the HDD, DVD drive, graphics card and testing different memory. Only thing I haven't tested yet is the CPU, which I don't have the means of doing at the moment, but from what I've seen from other failed CPUs, this doesn't seem like a CPU issue - though I could be wrong.

I can confirm everything is plugged in correctly and everything including fans appear to start up fine. All the hardware is around 3 1/2 - 4 years old.

Specs:

intel i7 930
6 GB (triple channel) DDR3 memory
radeon 5870
2 tb hdd
gigabyte x58 ud3r
750w psu (overkill i know)

Should I look to RMA the PSU?

What's your PSU's make model? And have you recently added any new hardware to your system?

Its most likely the PSU is failing. I don't know if I'm right for every system, but, at start, the system usually pulls in the maximum power that it can. If I'm right, you could try to start your PC without the graphics card plugged it and it might work. Or not.

Its most likely that the PSU rails are not providing enough power. Here's an article if you want to test it: http://forums.extremeoverclocking.com/t137886.html

It's a cooler master gx 750w. No, I haven't added any new hardware or drivers lately. Yeah, I already tried to start it without the graphics (see first post), but it cut out any way.

Unfortunately, I don't have a multimeter. It's still got 2 years warranty on it, so I'm gonna return it to cooler master and see what they say, I guess.
