No display at all upon starting up

So I finally decided to replace my computer, and bought a bunch of parts from Newegg. Got the parts, built my computer, took awhile, when it was finally finished, I could turn it on, all LED lights, fans, everything ran fine with no beeps or anything, but there would be absolutely no display, monitors telling me there's no signal.

Specs are motherboard ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0
Graphics card is Radeon HD 7870
CPU is AMD FX Quad core Black edition
8 GBs of RAM and Thermaltake Smart 750W

I get no beeps or notices that something is wrong, the computer sounds like it's starting up fine. At first I thought it was the card, so I tried many different ways of using it. Both connectors are always in, two 3x2 pin connectors. Tried both PCIe slots, neither work and act the same. Even took the card out of my currently being replaced computer and tried using that, a GeForce 450, the problem still exists with no screen and the computer seeming to run fine. There are no onboard graphics, and no way to get into BIOS.

Any help here is greatly appreciated. I hope it's a small thing I over-looked, else I believe I have a faulty motherboard.

Solution
take the mobo out of the case onto a piece of wood, only have the CPU, 1 stick of mem, video card, power switch from case with PSU connected. During this, make sure to RESEAT every connection on everything.. pulling it all the way out.. check it visual for breaks or problems them securely plug it back in.

With it like this can you get to BIOS?
If no, the next step would be to try 7870 in another computer to make sure it isn't dead.
If it worked, then last thing I would unplug the power, remove the CMOS battery, wait 10 minutes then plug them back in and check again. If still not working, then yeah Mobo RMA.
