can i run a zotac gtx 650 ti boost

i have a Intel dh55pj motherboard and it has only 1 pci e 2.0 graphics slot and a 450w psu can i run a zotac gtx650ti boost with my specs

you can mount the 650ti boost to the motherboard but it's speed will be drastically reduced since you're not using a pcie 3.0 x16

no, it won't matter much, most of today's cards can't even max out the speed of the 2.0 slot

No even if u put 680 on pcie 1.1 there is only 5% performance reduction which is not noticable
