8GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM Compatibility Question

Hey all!

I'm about to upgrade my ram on my ASUS P7P55D PRO Motherboard (http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P7P55D_PRO/#overview) from 4GB DDR3 @ 1333 to 8GB DDR3 1600. My question is, will I be able to just plug and play with the Ripjaws 8GB 1600 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...) or is it not compatible with my motherboard? I'm also running on an intel i5-750 @ stock speeds 2.66GHz.

I've been reading around and I'm just honestly very confused. Should I go with the 1333MHz version instead? (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...) as I've read that the 1600MHz would not be compatible but it says 1600 is supported on the asus website.

That's the mobos default, simply enable XMP select profile 1 and will be at 1600
