PC Randomly Restarts When Gaming

So recently I have been having an issue with my PC randomly booting off while playing higher end games (Far Cry 3, Max Payne 3, etc) and then trying to start back up but instantly shut back down. It struck my mind as an overheating issue but I turned my video card (Evga GTX 670 2gb FTW Editon) fans up to max and it still happened. My temps in game usually stay at around 70c which I dont think is hot enough to restart my whole system. I also checked my CPU (i5 3570k) and they were not high at all while gaming. So at this point I am thinking it is a PSU (Seasonic S12II 620) problem but I am unsure. I am pretty sure my PC should'nt need any more then 500w so I don't see how 620w would be causing an issue. I have not overclocked my system either. If anyone could point me in the right direction on what could be causing the problem it would help me out a lot. Thanks in advance!

I honestly don't really know what to do as I haven't seen anything like this before. There might be a slight fault in your fan or a fault in your fan control software. Try keeping a tab on your Temps throughout your computer. Also listen to your fans once you raise them to max as your control software might not be working.
P.S. Sorry if I'm not much help but I really haven't seen aching like this before.

The control software is fine, when it was on max the fans were extremely loud so I would assume it is working haha..
