I'm stuck between the following PSU's to choose for my gaming/video editing/rendering rig. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1g5jT (Note: Not finished. Still some revisions including possible SLI to be put)

CM V850

Rosewill Tachyon 1000 Watt

CM Silent Pro Gold Series 1200 Watt
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=17-171-055

Evga Supernova 1000 Watt
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438010

I'm learning torwards the EVGA because of the reviews I've seen for it or the Rosewill because of its platinum plus. What do you guys think? I plan on overclocking my pcu, gpu and ram and I'd like to be on the safe side, so please don't leave comments saying it's overkill or anything. The only intense overkill might be the CM 1200 watt but I put it on the list because I can save 80 dollars with rebate/promo codes and then another 40 dollars if I combo it with something. Thanks.

Well, I think that a 1000w PSu is a good choice, because if you want to upgrade for SLI it will be necessary. I don't think that it is necessary to get a 250/270$ PSU, as you can get one that is as good but cheaper. I would personally choose the EVGA SuperNOVA 1000G2 1000W, the XFX ProSeries 1050W GOLD or the Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 1000W.

Hope I helped,
