looking for a best performance with msata ssd

Hi I want to build a new small sized computer with msata ssd 240gb my question is how do I get the best performance with caching the ssd or normal windows installation on the msata and using a second hdd as a storage device or another idea I didn't buy anything yet what you recommend , I want to use it as a home theatre and gaming pc if someone can help me with a good idea cuz I want to build about 20 pc's, the pc specs are asrock Z87E-ITX, Athena Power AP-MFATX35 350W , G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB DDR3 1866, Mushkin MKNSSDAT240GB mSATA 240GB, CORSAIR Hydro Series H90 Water Cooler, Intel Core i5-4670K Haswell, and a 2TB 7200 hdd.

cuz I own a computer company and someone ordered 20 pc's but unfortunately in my country they're not updated in technology and maybe I am the 1st one that I start using ssd drives.

As said...Windows and most/all applications on the SSD, games/music/movies on the HDD.

another thing can you guide me to overclock the CPU pushing up to 4.4Ghz or someone did it before.
