What is a Good cheap psu and gpu for gaming for the Vostro 260

I have a Vostro 260 i5 2400k 4gm ram gt 530 with windows 7 32 bit and I want to upgrade my graphics card and power supply so i can run games like battlefield 3 and other games on steam. I want something that can run them on pretty good settings (preferably ultra) and i need them to be cheap. I need a better psu because I know mine isn't enough for high end graphics cards so thats why i need to upgrade them unless I can get a good graphics card without upgrading my psu. Please any suggestions as to which card I should get (I'm leaning towards a gtx 660 and 700w psu combo i found for $300 but thats just way to expensive. Please any help will be great

There are NO good cheap psu's.
Buy only a quality psu. A cheap psu will not deliver advertised power, and can damage anything it is attached to if it fails.

A GTX660 can run on as little as 430w, and the corsair CX430 is about as inexpensive as they come with decent quality.
But... if you want ultra settings, the graphics card should probably be better than a GTX660.
