Get the 2GB version(msi N650TI-2GD5OC). Depending on the resolution you should get high to medium in 1080p with the 2GB one.

oky i play crysis 3 bf3 and going to play bf4 i play at 1024/768 or 1600/900 resolution im hoping to get on crysis 3 on at least high settings

At the lower resolution you can almost max it out, but at 1600*900, not so much, you can still play medium to high though, but since the 2GB is not much more than the 1GB. Get the 2GB.
