Is this a good gaming/video editing PC ?

Hey there, I'm new here,
I am going to buy a PC to build myself and I wanted to know if it would be good for gaming or video editing ?
Here are the components :

AMD Phenom II X4 965 processor (3.4 GHz)
Radeon Sapphire HD 7770 graphic card
MSI 760 GM- P34 (FX) motherboard
8 GB of RAM
And Windows 7 Home x64

please tell us your MAX Budget.

if you want video editing avoid AMD. get 4 cores intel i5 at least , and 16G of Ram 2x8.
as for the Graphics , get GTX 760

I have a "Maximum MAX" budget of 800 $. And I will probably change the RAM later if I am not happy with 8GB.
