Will my 550W PSU Run GTX 770?

I'm going to buy the GIGABYTE GTX 770 in a week, I really want to make sure if I need to buy a new PSU as well...

i7 3770k
16 GB RAM (4 sticks of 4 ram)
Gigabyte G1.Sniper m3 motherboard (Intel Z77)
2 Fans
1 TB HDD
1 100 GB SSD
And Gigabyte GTX 770 2GB

Combined TDP for CPU and GPU is 307W. So it's definitely doable, but there isn't a ton of headroom left for overclocking with "only" 456W on the 12V rail.

you will be fine, the psu is more than enough for the gtx 770.

Not overclocking anything yet (at least not for the year or two (the 770 is capable running the next games on high graphics easly without OC)

With a single 4Gb GTX 770 at load my system uses about 375w(according to corsairlink), Your PSU is tier 2(http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx) so you will be fine.

600 WMinimum Recommended System Power (W) = 600 watts
Supplementary Power Connector = One 8-pin and one 6-pin

Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:

GeForce GTX 770 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit.
GeForce GTX 770 2-way SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 750 Watt power supply unit as minimum.
GeForce GTX 770 3-way SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 1000 Watt power supply unit as minimum.

If you are going to overclock your GPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with some more stamina.
