Repeater IP Problem

I recently purchased a wifi repeater that also dubs as a bridge/ap/repeater/router. It initially was giving me trouble but it began to work. I originally was able to access the repeater's settings by typing in the ip address but as of recent it does not load the wireless setting even with a direct Ethernet connection.

My problem I believe exists in the fact that somehow the ip address of the repeater became the same with my computer and or the router. Why I believe this to be true?

http://i.imgur.com/vKitVh2.png This screen grab is of the devices running on my router. The one is noted as GreenLantern. Which is the name I gave my computer. On top of that the Mac Address that is displayed for GreenLantern is the Mac Address written on the back of the repeater. My current internet connection is connected through the device. So when I typed in the default gateway (192.168.1.1) it brought me to the router's wireless setting even though I'm connected through the repeater, and as I mentioned before inputting the ip address of the repeater does nothing.

I tried resetting the repeater, which does nothing. Even after reset the SSID of my repeater remains named 215 from when I originally was able to edit the wireless settings. These are screen grabs for extra insight.

I am at my wit's end. My concerns are that my connection is insecure and I want to be able to have the repeater operate on it's own IP seeing as there's an odd fusion of IP's happening on my network. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I as of recent just changed the LAN connection IPV4 IP address to 192.168.10.2 and while hardwired into the repeater I was able to type in the repeater IP address and prompt to login but when I put the default username and PW the login will flash up again right away prompting to input username and PW in an endless loop.

Solution
The repeater should have it's own DHCP server disabled and to be obtained by your router automatically.
If your PC is set to a static IP make sure your router has the IP reserved to your PC's MAC address.
Follow the same procedure for reserving the repeater's IP address in the router.

Do a full reboot of your network by turning off all devices then power them up systematically starting with the router, then repeater, then each device to ensure all DHCP leases are renewed.

To clear your repeater's NVRAM (restore factory defaults), hold the reset button for 30 second with it on, unplug the repeater while still holding the reset button for 30 seconds, then plug it in while still holding the reset button for another 30 seconds.
Holding...

The repeater brand name is Bolse. It is sold by lowerpriceusa (whatever that means). I linked the repeater to the amazon page I got it off of. It should be the very first link in my thread.
