Gaming Rig MOBO/CPU

I am making a gaming rig and want to be able to MAX out settings on ANY game while maintaining 60+ FPS on 1080p. I am not sure of what MOBO/CPU combo to go with. I am looking at the i5 -4660k and the i7 -4770k with a mid-range Z87 MOBO to go with it. Which processor should I get? And what is a mid to high end MOBO Z87 for gaming

you wont feel any difference in gaming between the i7 and the i5.
Buy an i5 save the money and buy a better gqu

look for a $120-140 mobo. and don't get a i7. A i7 only helps (in gaming) with multiple GPUs. Otherwise a i5 is your best bet and it won't hold back your system.
