Need a new PSU, please recommend

Hi there,

I've got a DP43TF motherborad with Q9550 - yup a few years old now, but working fine. Also got a HD 7850 gfx card, and 2x DVD, 2x SATA2 HDD, 4 sticks of DDR2 RAM, and a wifi card.

Since I installed the 7850 card, I've been getting some crashes. I currently have a Gigabyte Superb 550W PSU: but I believe this is actually a 450W PSU, and they basically lied when they named it the 550W.

If I get a new PSU, how many watts should I go for, and what connectors do I need? Want to recommend one? Don't really want to spend anything more than £60.
