External har disc problem

Hi, i have Toshiba external hard drive, when i plug in usb cable its all normal, but when i copy any file in the drive, i cant copy it back. Can you help me with this, please?

Try to disable antivirus software and windows UAC. See how it works.

Its not heleped, do you know something else? I can copy small files like mp3, videos, etc. But when i try to copy for example Mortal Kombat, which size is 10GB, i cant do anything with it. I tried to install in that partition (External HD) i tried to copy on another pc, but no, it won't copy, many solutions, but anything doesnt help. Can you figure it out?

Try to make .ISO format than try to copy. See how it works.
