So, I recently purchased ArmA 3 Beta on my new PC. Sadly, the FPS was surprisingly low and dropping my graphics settings does nothing to help...

I get an average of 20fps on Ultra, Very High, High, Standard, and Low. It doesn't make any sense to me.. Please help.

Specs:

MB: ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0
CPU: AMD FX-8350
GPU: EVGA GTX 670 FTW (O.C.)
PSU: Corsair 750M
RAM: G-Skill C Series (8gb at 2400Mhz)

I play this at 1600x1200.

Thanks, Mitch.

arma 3 is very badly optimiazed, and its though to get steady good fps, its like that for everyone, not just you.
anyways, lowering settings has to improve your fps, you are defeitnly not lowering all settings, if i remember correctly the grapichal options there are seperated into a bunch of diffrent menus in diffrent ingame windows, make sure you look at them all, lowering render distance, and Anti aliasing in all its forms will make a diffrence.
make sure you hit apply, and maybe some settings need the game to restart before acttualy changing.
