Does gigabyte g41m combo supports gt 650ti boost?

i have gigabyte g41m combo motherboard for my core2duo e7400 cpu and i would like to buy asus gtx 650 ti boost 2gb but it says that it is made of 28nm architechture so i have a doubt whether my motherboard will support it or not..?

It says.1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16 , so it will work. What generation (slot) I don't know, but the 650 is backwards compatible. no worries.

and 1 more question that will this gpu will run perfectly with my cpu or will bottleneck the core 2 duo 2.8ghz e7400 ?
