Skyrim problem launching

Hi I recently downloaded skyrim but when I go to open it this message appears "The procedure entry point SteamRemoteStorage could not be located in the dynamic link library steam_api.dll"
can someone please give me the solution to fix this problem please

go to steam, right click the game, properties, there should be an item labeled local files. Click that and verify integrity of game cache. If you have a cracked copy of this game and are having this problem then buy it :)
