Also I don't have windows so you're going to have to include that in the build.

okay i dont see a big issue with anything But that PSU, please dont cheap out on it, you will defo need a bigger watt one for that build, i suggest going safe and getting this , 80+ (certified to be good basically) 600w PSU, its what you need and more

hmmm. i guess you could go for the i5 2500k, and not the 3570k as theres not a GREAT deal of improvement,
Im guessing you dont want to OC, so you could even get the 3570 and not the "k" the 3570 will be a little cheaper as its locked meaning you cant really OC it.
