I bought "air duster" the first time to clean dust inside my PC. The windows were open but I guess I breathed in some of it, well I was able to smell that I was breathing in something different for a second.

Now I have a sore throat, as if I caught a cold.

Should I be worried? Is this a coincidence or is breathing in any of this very harmful?
It says it contains: Butane, Isopropane and propane
It's this product:

Solution
Your throat is probably only sore because of the dust that blew into your throat from using it, not the compound itself. I bet you have a dust allergy.

The dusters usually contain a mild deterrent that is meant to taste terrible to prevent inhaling them for a high, that also might be it.

But absolutely nothing to worry about :)

One way that canned air can prove dangerous is the harmful ingredients found in the product. Certain chemicals, such as fluorocarbon, halons, carbon tetrachloride and methyl chloroform are found in canned air dusters. These chemicals can emit harmful gasses into the atmosphere.

Canned air product inhalation abuse can cause a person to suffer a range of long-term health effects. Potential problems include brain damage, central nervous system disorders, liver damage, hearing loss, kidney damage, seizures, coma and death. Death can be caused by the person going into cardiac arrest from the lack of oxygen delivered to her heart during inhalation of the canned air.

That seems to be aimed at people who directly inhale it. I simply had two short breaths while spraying into the computer.
I think the first poster was right, there was a lot of dust in the air.

I clean out my case using the air compressor in my Garage and even whilst using a cloth over my mouth and nose, due to allergies I always get a sore throat for a while after.
