Difference between these Asus Adapters

Hi, I am currently looking at two wireless adapters, the Asus USB-N66 and the Asus EA-N66, but I am having a very hard time finding out why one costs more than the other. From what I can tell, in terms of speed, they are the same. Can someone explain the differences between the two and why I should buy one over the other? I am just looking to use it as a wireless adapter, if that helps.

Effectively the EA has an Ethernet Adapter, USB does not.
The EA can also act as an access point or repeater, USB is designed mainly as just a Wireless Adapter for your PC but can provide a software based Access point through Windows (Ad Hoc network).

So EA = 3 in 1 device (Adapter, AP, or Extender/Repeater) via ethernet
USB = Adapter (Software AP) via USB
