Hey guys, I'm looking to get a professional answer on whether this build is compatible with all the components and whether it is a decent machine for playing current games on high/ultra graphics.

Intel CPU i5 4670K Socket 1150 Quad Core Haswell CPU
Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3, Intel Z87, ATX motherboard
2TB Seagate ST2000DM001 HDD (CPU+MB+HDD = £329 bundle price)
MSI GTX 760 GPU (£165 from the USA whilst I'm on holiday)
64GB SanDisk Pulse SSD (£49) ((Not final about this yet))
8GB Corsair Vengeance (2x4GB) RAM (£32)
LG SuperMulti Drive (£15)
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Air cooler (£22)
Zalman Z11 Plus Performance Case (£48)
Corsair GS600 PSU (£55)
4 in 1 card reader (£4)

This is pretty much a finalised build that I'm ready to go ahead and try to build, can some kind soul help me make sure that everything will fit together etcetera? I'm buying all of this online so it will be a huge help! Thanks guys.

All good except one thing.
64GB of SSD space is not really enough for Windows and relevant programs, it will be frustrating as hell, the minimum suggested is 120GB.
I would suggest you drop the SSD and spend the money elsewhere, like a slightly better power supply so you can go SLI later and possible a better CPU cooler, not that the EVO is bad at all.

How much are you paying for that mobo?

That RAM you are looking at, is it the low profile or high profile? You should get low profile so that the cooler is not hindered by those large pointless fins.

I've selected low-profile so that's cool. I don't quite get what you mean by the SSD minimum being a 128GB because I really only wanted to put the OS on it and that's all.

Yeah for the ssd you'll need at least 120gb! Windows 7 install uses up pretty much 60gb anyways, and that's without installing any additional programs.

Ah, I'll hold off with the SSD for now then. It's not like it's needed anyway, I'll do without no doubt about it. About the motherboard, it's in a bundle but I'm sure the motherboard costs £98 on it's own, so I'm saving about £48 if I buy the bundle price which is reasonable. Regarding the PSU, I need to buy it in store because I have a vouch for money-off discounts which is the only place it will come in handy!

Well then you are all set... Save that £49 for a later time and a better 120GB SSD.

I like your choices except the SSD - if you're installing your OS to the SSD (the way to go in my book rather than smart caching) 64GB is barely enough for the base OS and programs. I personally have used Crucial's M4 series, Intels 520 series and Samsung's 830/840 Pro series and all of them are fantastic. All 3 are bulletproof reliable and Samsung and Intels offerings are damn fast. Snag the 128GB Samsung Pro and you'll not regret the performance.

Nice spec
