Hi, I am a Console Gamer looking to switch to PC Gaming. I would like to build my own gaming PC. I have compiled a list of parts i will need. My list currently consists of a CPU, GPU, Motherboard, Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard, Case(Mid-tower), Disk Burner, DDR3 ram, and an HDD. I realize there are other parts such as cables, wires and screws. Please tell me what else I will need( Including cables, wires, and screws). Thanks!
P.S. My budget is $600(Cheap Build)

You won't need cables and screws, they all come with the corresponding parts that you need. For example motherboards usually come with a couple SATA data cables for HDD. What's your budget, and welcome to the world of PC gaming! You'll need a psu it looks like thats missing from your list. And a mouse. Maybe headsets and/or speakers.

To be honest you only need $600 to build a computer that will run Far Cry 3 at 1080p on high settings.

This is what I build:

MOBO: ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

CPU: AMD FX-6350 Vishera 3.9GHz Socket AM3+ 125W Six-Core Desktop Processor FD6350FRHKBOX

COOLER: COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus

RAM: Team Xtreem Dark Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model

GFX: SAPPHIRE 100358L Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Video Card

HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive

CASE: Corsair Carbide Series 200R Black Steel / Plastic compact ATX Mid Tower Case

PSW: CORSAIR CX600M 600W ATX12V v2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

Yes, a budget is needed. We can line out a computer for ya, but without a budget it's all up in the air. Most builds will probably exclude a mouse and keyboard, because those two items are purely subjective for each user. I game on a Logitech k120(12 dollars at Walmart) keyboard and Razer mouse(65 dollars online), while others spend much more on the keyboard. It's all personal preference.

I'm using any old Keyboard and Mouse. Works for me when I game.
