0% to 100% Disk usage

I tried to install Bitdefender Total Security and all of a sudden my desktop disk usage was going up and down to 0% to 100% each second, it froze my PC once then the next time I got blue screened, any help?

Just do a windows system restore at a point before you installed bit defender.
On first power up, keep tapping the F8 key on the keyboard.
You will see a menu.
Hi light safe mode, then press enter.
Let windows load in safe mode and use a system restore point in windows before you installed bit defender.

The system should re start and load back into normal windows and everything should work fine.

It seems to have calmed down now, but if it does it again that's what I'll do.

It was probably doing a scan of your hard drive, and system memory for viruses
on it`s first time run after installation of bit defender.

Should be ok now, but if it plays up, uninstall it or use the method in my other post to restore windows back to how it was.
