Hi everyone!! I'am building up a desktop to play this game (https://robertsspaceindustries.com/about-the-game), the developers say its using CryEngine3 and has similar demands like Crysis3. The full game will be released in Q4 2014, with the alpha/beta releases starting in stages in January.
This is the list of hardware I'am looking at and my budget is SG$1800.
Giga Z77X-UD3H + Intel i7-3770
Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz (4GB x 2) 8GB
Palit GTX 760 Jetstream 2GB DDR5
WD Caviar Black 1TB SATA3 Harddisk
LG 24X DvD-Writer SATA
Corsair 300r Carbide
Corsair TX850M
MS Windows 7 Home Premium OEM
The questions I have are
1. I'am not sure if I should get it as soon as I can or wait till nearer the release date.
2. If this hardware will be able to run the game in medium to medium high settings smoothly.
3. Should I stick with the ivy bridge processors or go for haswell.
