no internet acces on windows 7

hi,
i have 3 win7 computers connected to tp link router via LAN. recently i had some problems with the internet and after contacting my ISP the replaced my modem and now it works. but, for some reason one of the 3 computers won't connect to the internet. it says that there is no acces. i'v tried to connect it to a different port on the router, replaced the cable, connected it directly to the modem and updated the network driver, but it doesn't work. does anyone know how to solve this?

1st uninstall the Hamatchi software, it could be setting itself as default network conection.
If it still does work, set a static IP

IP : 192.168.1.200
Subnet : 255.255.255.0
Gateway : 192.168.1.1
DNS : 192.168.1.1

If that doesn't work, check cable.
