Feedback on my 700$ Gaming PC build before I purchase

Solution
League of legends is a very GPU intensive game. You'd be better off spending cash on a better gpu then cpu. here is an alternate $700 build which should stomp league of legends for you.

Ok so I looked at that build and built my own here: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/imranhack/saved/1XmH
Is that good enough? I know the graphics card is weaker but the processor is stronger

should game good too, though the former athlon II build will likely handle league of legends better. Remember, LoL is a GPU intensive game not a CPU intensive one. So while the cpu upgrade will show itself in other games, i doubt you'll notice it much in LoL... you WILL notice the gpu change. The question is how much gpu you need for LoL. if your monitor is a 1080p monitor a 660 might be enough gpu for you... i went with a 7950 because generally speaking, at 1080p, you don't need more gpu... ever.

Whats better the gtx 660 2gb or 7870 2gb?

depends. the 7870 will overclock better, but run hotter... the 660 will run cooler, and quieter, and at stock will perform on par with maybe even nudge out the 7870. both are very nice gpus for a nice price point. comes down to what you're looking for. If you want a "set it and forget it" gpu the 660 is the best bet. if you want something with a little more power under the hood, then you'll want to get a 7870 for the overclock fun.

Is this a decent AMD based build for someone who wants to play Minecraft and League Of Legends Mostly?

I wanted to stay under 700 for my mum (shes paying)

generally i don't trust Asrock AMD motherboards. they make good intel boards but their amdboards are sorta questionable. if you're looking at a cheap but solid overclocking board for an AMD, you probably will be looking at a Gigabyte GA 970A-UD3... that board sports some solid mb heatsinks, a good overclocking bios and a 8+2 power phase system.
