im wondering if i can run dual graphics cards but different manufacturer
for example Asus Gtx 780 with a EVGA Gtx 780
can they both run as SLI? or does it have to be Asus/Asus or EVGA/EVGA?
thanks in advance

Yes, but the 780 only comes in 3gb version (I think) so I wouldn't worry too much about that, it's just best to double-check.

As for your build, it looks pretty solid. I suggest getting the blower-style cooler on the 780, as the case is only a mid-tower (still plenty of space) and it's best to get the hot air out of the case than shooting it down on the card below. I also wouldn't bother buying the thermal paste, as the one provided with the H100i is excellent anyway. I'd also go for at least an 800w PSU, just to be sure you have enough power, as when you overclock you pull more watts, too. Great looking build, overall!

Yeah, this type of cooler: http://www.techpowerup.com/gpudb/images/b1953.jpg

When a card has two fans, it blows the hot air from the fins downwards. In an SLI setup, this would mean that the heat from the top 780 is being expelled straight onto the PCB on the second 780. With a blower style cooler, all of the heat is expelled out of the back of the case, meaning that you cards will run cooler. The ACX cooler you showed is great for a single GPU setup, but with SLI the blower style cooler is preferred.

+1 a card from any manufacturer will work as long as its a 780, actually even the amount of VRAM doesn't matter, but then the total will become that of the card with the least VRAM
concerning ur build, replace the PSU with something from Antec, Corsair, Seasonic or XFX, and get about 850W for SLI 780, otherwise good build
